How to ask

1. Email hello@stirrupapp.com from the email on your account. If you have no email on file, send "human" to the Stirrup WhatsApp number from your number and ask for deletion.
2. We confirm the request with you, so no one else can delete your account.
3. We delete your data within 30 days and tell you when it is done.

What we delete

Your profile, your listings and their photos and videos, your WhatsApp messages with Stirrup, your client links and your connections. Backups roll off on their normal schedule.

What we may keep

Only what the law requires, such as records of payments if any exist. Listings you already sent to other trainers stay in their messages and email, which we cannot recall.

Only WhatsApp

To stop messages without deleting your account, send STOP to the Stirrup number. Send START to turn them back on.
